propoziq uses Google APIs to access only the specific Google Drive files you explicitly select through our picker. We read and process the selected documents to provide the functionality you request (for example, extracting content, generating AI-assisted suggestions, or posting comments you ask us to add). We do not sell personal data. We do not store document contents on our servers; limited account information (such as your email) and operational metadata may be retained to operate the service. If OAuth tokens are stored to connect your account, they are encrypted at rest and used only to perform actions you request. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

Requesting Deletion: You can request deletion of your Google user data at any time by emailing us at support@propoziq.com. Upon receiving your deletion request, we will process the deletion of your data within a reasonable timeframe. This includes:
Revoking Google Access: If you revoke access to your Google account through your Google Account Permissions, we will no longer be able to access your Google documents. However, any data we have already collected (such as metadata or account information) will remain stored until you explicitly request deletion via email. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as preventing fraud or resolving disputes), but we will not use retained data to access your Google account after you revoke access.
All access to your Google account occurs through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. You can revoke access anytime at Google Account Permissions.
